KINDLY INFORM IF ANY STATUTORY GOVT.PERMISSIONS OR LICENSING ARE REQUIRED TO USE PERSONAL INDEPENDENT SMALL BUNGALOW (NOT PART OF ANY COOP SOCIETY) TO USE IT AS PAYING GUEST ACCOMODATION BY THE OWNNER?

As you are not a part of any co operative housing society thereby you just need to inform the local municipality department regarding the said changes of your bungalow into a PG. Also, there is no special document or process required for the same.
