Kindly let me know if there is any Will left by your Grandfather. Distribution of the ancestral property is governed by different laws as per the religion of the person. To some people Hindu Succession Act 1956 is applicable and the distribution of the property is done as per the said law. Kindly book a consultancy call and provide me more facts and details for more specific and detailed advice.
