Legal consequences of selling property not declared in office records

Hindu I purchased some small property in Loni Ghaziabad by means of money given by my father 10 years back. I did not disclose that property in my office declaration thinking it might be taken back by my father anytime. Now I want to sell it . But as haven, t shown it in office records, how to proceed.
You will have to register the land in your name by way of sale deed with the previous seller and then you can sell away the same. Also, if the sale deed has already been registered then you can sell the land to whomever you wish to.
