Legal action taken against me for non payment to the developer

1.Escalation of construction cost. 2.Non-compliance of the terms and conditions of the agreement, by and between the Builder/ Developer. 3.Substandard constructions. 4.Inconsistencies in the Society Funds and denial by the Managing Committee to discuss the issue any further. 5.Inaction of the managing committee pertaining to the listed issues and failing to take legal action against the Contractor. 6.Hiring a new Contractor and continuing further repair work after the first Contractor was forced to leave. Legal action has been initiated against me for non-payment towards construction.
As regarding the Society, you can approach the Dy Registrar of Coop Societies and can complaint against the society office bearers for inaction. Yiu have not mentiined you role and responsibilities and in what capacity action against you is taken and causes fir the same.
