legal action against my cousin who has captured my share of land

My grandfather's brother had the name of their son on lands paper, but my grandfather was also part of the land. grandfather filed a case in court but grandfather settled down and his brother too. Now that half land sold by grandfather brother's son secretly for 3 million. And we just can not figure out what to do next plz help me

local news paper abourt your share in said property and if any damage caused due to property deal then you can file injunction suit and decleratory suit in court of law

first decide the percentage of share you holding in the said property and accordingly my suggestion would be to go ahead and file a declaratory suit in the appropriate court of law and if required also file criminal complaint against grandfather brothers son
