Land Sub-Division: survey completed but Adjacent farmers not signing

20-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear All, My Father applied for Land Subdivision on Meeseva and the Land inherited from my grand father. Family details are below total - 3 grand fathers --> Combined family has been divided into individual long time back. One grand father has partition agreement saying that mentioned all survey numbers and 1/3 share like that. We have Pattadhar Passbooks from issued by local M.R.O Office. As per Enjoyment Land survey conducted and surveyor has been issued the sketch with proper measurements. However the land survey as per our enjoyment and it's Well defined ridges/boundaries. We have asked for Sub-division as per the measurements. Surveyor said neighbor farmers signatures required. They are not signing and given Objection letter saying that we will get some property form our land. Based on this their Objection letter , M.R.O issued an endorsement, saying that we cannot do sub-division, But he didn't asked what are all the supporting documents from the Opposite Party.

HI,
In such situation you should approach court , stating you have not been given appropriate opportunity for representing your case . You have right for fair hearing and for explaining your stand and relevant documents asociated with your land and make claim . Unless both parties are heard, no one can give any order or decision.
