My father has sold 1 Katha out of 3.4 Katha Without consent of brothers son daughters the land was not legally portioned by father, brother has filed partition suit what is possibility of case are their son also liable to the share of against father share? Note - Land has been sold without consent of Sharer and co sharer
You can file a suit of cancellation of the sale deed on the ground that sale is null and void as consent of Sharer and co sharer has not been obtained.
