Land sold by fraud how can I recover it back

a Land belongs to my grand mother who expired in 1985, but now we came to know that some body sold that land in 1981 to Mr X by having fraud Thumb impression then Mr. X sold it to Mr. Y . Now i want to get back that land. How i can proceed legally for that land.
You can recover your property which transfer by fraud or misconception.
You have to file civil suit or you can do it by a revenue court but you must prove that property transferred by fraud.
