We are recorded both property .can i sold 2nd proerty ?
Yes you can. But you have to have a tight paperwork. The plot in which you are residing now is plot of Mr. YY who is missing by the way and the plot you actually bought is still vacant and I assume it is in your possession or is laid vacant. My advice to you is that sell the land as quickly as possible with handy paperwork for that you need to contact us through Lawrato.
The query is required to be supported by ROR (parcha) and Mutation certificate. If current title deed , mother deed (peet dalil), parcha and mutation certificate are in your favour, you can sell the land otherwise searching report will prevent you from doing the same.
Hi, your query is very much improper. Please check with the registered WILL/Municipal Tax bill/Mutation Documents/Parcha/Khajna/Dag no/Book no./Volume no. of Plot no 4966 --> If it is in the name of your father & mother then how it could be in the name of any 3rd party as per BLRO. Whether BLRO has sufficient document to proof/show you that 4966 plot has a 3rd party ownership not in the name of your father or mother?
