If the property is a self acquired property of your father then your father can dispose-off the property in the manner his wish to during his lifetime. After the death of your father and uncle, the share of your father will go to his legal heir and the share of your uncle will go to his legal heirs.

Debottar land cannot be transferred without the permission of the court. You can only become shebait of the Debottar land either by way of approaching the Court for the same, or upon the death of existing shebait, in which case you as your father's successor become a shebait. Your uncle's successors will be different, unless he has no existing family of his own.
