Land dispute with forest officer and authority

06-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
I need guidance with you on one issue, Our 40 acre land in mirzapur UP distict which we are cultivating from last 15 year. This year forest ranger restricting us for cultivation he is saying this is the forest land, So no any farming can be done, Actually in this area 250 acre of total land has disputed between forest and farmers, As per our map which referring by civilians that 250 land has joint agreement for use of farmers and forest, Map which forest department referring is too old, as per forest officer that area which we are using for farming is totally forest area and we can not use further for farming... Please advise any legal option for us to take any stay or use of land authority to use land till then not settle in the court, Kindly advise how long it will take to get stay so that this season we can use the land.

we will ensure that you continue uninterrupted use of your land for agricultural purposes. you don't have anything to worry as you have been using the land for around 15 years. various aspects however will require detailed study like land use pattern and government notifications. forest land demarcated area can be ascertained from various documents and even under forest area the person under occupation have certain rights
