Land dispute by brother by transferring in his name

I live in Delhi since 2000 with my family including my children and my father and with one brother . My brother and I live in different floor on the plot/land. my father is the owner of this land/plot .I know in 2015 that my brother transfer the 'power of attorney ' from my father to his wife(My brother wife) without consulting me. I know in 2015 through the 'electricity ' bill which mention the name of my brother wife. As I presently live in same plot with my family and my brother. Sir ,what can I do know? what are the option for me? Thank you
The query is not very clear. But all I can say you is that changing the name in the power of attorney does not change the ownership of the property. Since your father is the owner of the property, so just get a Will from your father and get the same registered.

Father is alive? Transfer by brother can be challenged but I need to examine documents to advise you properly. Has thete been partition or not. If property is self aquired ? you may talk to me on phone .I am in Delhi High Court.

I got your question but there are few more clarifications which are required first is it the self acquired property of your father??if yes then there is no way out !!if it is ancestral property then he can not alienate the same without your permission so depends on situation, there can be other remedies as well which can be discussed once these questions are answered.Thanks

first you should know whether property in question is self earned property of your father, if yes than he have right to transfer that property. and if it is ancestral property than you can claim your part
