Land dispute between uncle and nephew

My father and uncle have land . My father was expired . Documents are at my uncle house now he said I don't have a documents . And I have 2 brothers my brothers are approaching two my uncle . They tried to transfer documents into them. I don't have a anything Please provide solution.
If your father had any share in the said property which was self-acquired by him, then you can claim your share in the share of your father in the said property. But, if the said property is of ancestral nature then, you can claim your share in the total property. Also, if your uncle is denying to provide the documents then, you can apply to registrar for the same or you can file a partition suit claiming your share in the said property.
