Depends what were the circumstances under which the land decree has been passed,Was it a suit of possession or the land you talking about was sold to the person in whose favour decree has been drawn??There is out rightly no clear case discussion from your end so please disclose the details. There is no law which says that land decree would only be drawn in favour of blood relationship.
