Land Acquisition By SCCL and Govt. Inappropriate compensation.

Singareni Colories(Coal Mine) acquiring my village and Agricultural lands for their business expansion, in that we have a house worth of more then 30 Lakh but govt has issued and passed award only 9 Lakh as per ‘G.O No 14T(R&B)’ one week ago. We don’t want to accept the amount issued by Govt , So kindly give me a suggestion for further approach. Thanks,
The way to challenge such a notification would be to approach the High Court by way of a Writ Petition. The notification will have to be challenged as being contrary to the compensation required to be paid to you in accordance with law.
However, before you apprach the High Court, do exhaust any alternate remedies you may have by making a representation to the government body that has issued the notification.
