Joint Property spending expenses divided among brothers

1) Two Brothers are buying the land before 35years now deviation their land, now this time property is not equal as per record 1party having 2nd party for 3/4th another party having 1/4th. so that 2nd party spending the money for equalized the land and 1st party not sharing the money for the spending. Is it legally how is share the spendings? 2) and also 2nd party always spending the money in relation for equalized for the property, is there any point for the sharing the spending ratios or what?
You need to tell us that is this your ancestral property or your fathers self acquired property.
If your father died without a Will then the property will devolve against all Class I legal heir I.e your mother,sister and brothers.
The remedy available with you is to file suit for partition thereby demanding your share.
Further you can file application of interim stay thereby restraining him to sell property.
