Joint property in 4 brother's can one build on his share

Property is in name of 4 brothers there is a house for four of there (joinfamily) but 2 brothers name as x&Y had given the small room hence they decide to seperate they built seperate houses the third brother son wanted to built house for himself give me advise that he is right or wrong if wrong what the further step to take

In ths case, a mutual agreement & partition deed is reqd & also with the permission of all the co sharers b4 building anything on d property & if ny wrong happens thr thn dfntly 144, injunction & notice shall b filed against him.

property if in the name of all four brothers, they can opt for partition of the land and equally divide the land and get the same in their individual name. execute a partition deed and accordingly the further government authority process shall proceed.

As property is in joint name the consent of all members is required to sell that property. Other wise the transaction illegal in eyes of law. For more details revert back to me or give me personal message.

Firstly you brother have to decide the share of property by execution partition deed / Vatani Patra , on the basis of the same you can record property share in your name , then you can commence the construction on the said land
