Joint ownership in flat can society give joint membership to owners

my mother had prrepared awill dividing her property among her two sons.aftter her death my elder brother as nominee got his name registerd in the cooperative society.i got a probate of the will and the judicial majistrate has issued a order i along with my elder brother are tha jt owner of the flat.if the socierty does not arrange foor jt membership.what legal action i can take
Firstly aware yourself with the society rules. If it is against their rules and they do not allow for joint ownership then try to reach out to an amicable settlement with the cooperative society. Secondly if the court has issued an order declaring joint ownership of the flat then cooperative society cannot deny for the same. No cooperative society rules can prevail the courts order. They will have to allow joint membership/ownership of the flat.
