Joint loan with father can I register property with mother

i have booked a flat in pune and has taken a joint loan with my father, and on the property name i want to add my mother name , is it possible to add her name .
In order to add your mother as a co-owner you will have to gift some percentage of the property by registering a Gift Deed in her favour. Stamp duty for gift deed would have to be paid .
