joint family cousins misbehaving how to get share

We are joint family of 3 one Uncle is dead his son does business now. They both covers 90% of property and do business on it and now they behave very badly and destroy my assets too. I want partition now and also want claim from profit they have earned from undivided property. My grandfather didn't left any will. how to get my share?
You can file a partion suit before competent court for joint property and for earned property you can also file suit for partion by showing that the property in question has been earned by the joint property income. Opinion accordingly.
