Join property one member not giving NOC how to get the property

Hi sir .. my grandfather is late , my grandfather was bought a agricuture land 1971 on his grandfather's name and my father's name , the patta is in both the names , my grandmother also passed away, grandfather had 2 sons and 3 daughters my father's brother is also past away now only three daughters , 2 daughter are willing to give the land to my father's name and one is not ready to give , now my dought is Now I can change the patta is on my father's name or I can get serrated patta

Dear Sir,

Thanks for sharing and please note that the property became a ancestral asset of your family. You can't claim patta in the name of yours father's. But the partition can do among your family members proportionately and based on this, you can claim patta. Also before doing the partition you should have in mind that the partition should be reasonable with ratio-wise.
