is there any way to seal all properties till case is solved.

Hi, I want to seal the properties (6 houses, 3 shops) which are under my grandmother's name who passed away 6 years ago and my mom's only brother does not want to give any shares to my mother and 1 mother's sister. My mother is the elder of all. I came to know that court cases will go on for a long time and time consuming and anyway my question is Can i request the court the seal the properties till the case is resolved because currently my mom's brother rented all homes and not giving any shares to his sisters. Please let me knw if there is any way to seal all properties till case is solved.
You can file a partition suit and file an interim application to appoint an advocate commissioner to manage the properties. You can also file an application not to alienate the property. Since it is a family issue file a partition suit and ask for court ordered mediation where you can settle the matter.

You cannot ask the court to put seal to the shops for the reasons cited by you.
You have to file an injunction suit and seek interim injunction to restrain him from doing the business without allocating any share i the mesne profits during the course of the proceedings of partition suit pending before the court.
