There was a property which was purchased recently through register from actual owner which was got from his grandfather . In between someone have sale agreement which was made in the year 2004 have . is the document still valid .
answer as if there is registered document then there is no issue at all, until any person objects you....
till then your property is valid not to worry
..

Dear Sir/Madam,
It seems you have recently purchased a property vide a registered Agreement, further it seems that an agreement for sale was executed in respect of the said property in the year 2004, however the transaction could not completed. In the aforesaid circumstances the previous purchaser may file a suit for specific performance against the original owner for complying with his obligations under the said agreement dated 2004.

Buyer must be aware before purchase any thing. That document you told must be cheque carefully and give public notice with reference to that property. If no objection received with in 15 days then u can purchase it.
