Is sister have equal rights in self acquired property under Christian

31-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi Sir/Madam, I Sold a land 2weeks back which was Willed by my grandmothers self accrued property to grand sons which was registered to me in prox 1995 in my and my brothers name. Now the problem is my sister who doesn't have any rights to the property is threatening us saying that if you don't give her 25% of the money she will file a case on me or put a stay on the property and also threaten to kill us. We are from a Christian family, is there any rule that says she also has equal share as per Christian law. Please advise.

There is no rule in christian Law to give equal share to a sister in a property that has come to you by Will. But she can at most try to question the will being not a free will, got made by undue influence or fraud. And as for threatening to kill you, I don`t find any such permission under Christian Law.
