Is probate necessary on a registered will to change title of property

Executor of will: My Aunt, (mother's sister, widow without any child) Beneficiaries: Me (married woman) and my brother Type of asset: property (independent house) Type of will: Registered will Religion of all parties: Hindu Question: Do we need a probate on this registered will if we want to change title of the property on our name after the death of our aunt?
Probate is necessary from the court to get the will executed and transfer the title of the property from the executor to the beneficiary’s name.
