Is partial relinquishment deed allowed in Delhi

Is partial relinquishment deed allowed in Delhi if yes, then what is the procedure and what documents are required and is it necessary for the person giving relinquishment deed to be present in person or Power of attorney is sufficient ?

You have not disclosed the all facts of your problem as you wanted to partial relinqueshment of your right but that is absolute right or it has been derived by family partition or by virtue of will and in certain cases partial relinqueshment deed is allowed.

What does partial refer to? Please clarfy. Otherwise Relinquishment deeds are valid deeds. And relinquish deed in respect of immovable property between/among blood relation does not amount sale.
But relinquisher will have to be present before the registrar at time of registration
