Is married daughter and mother entitled for share in father's property

My self , by birth hindu, my wife, by birth hindu. She is only daughter of his late father . Her father died in 2015 before her marriage. There are two brothers. The property is equally divided between them and there is a will where it clearly mentioned that the property is equally divided between both brothers. now the question is that after the death of father ,is my wife or my wife's mother can entitled for the property of my father in law????? on the other hand the brother of my father in law claimed that "this is my brothers property, as there is no son of my brother the property is now mine, and my son will the heirs of this property"...

As per your query it is clear that according to hindu law the property is been distributed through will of your father in law among both the brothers of your wife if the question arise of claim no ine can claim the property

There are lot more things needs to understand.
Heirs are clearly defined in their classes, which discriminates them according to property type also.
So contact in personnel for clear picture, without knowing all facts no advice can be give n. Only thing I can tell you is that wifes share is confirmed.
