Is LBT applicable in case of gift deed

Is 1% LBT applicable in case of gift deed from mother to son for flat/shop in Pune?
Also plz confirm...as per d new amendment in law...only Rs.200 is to b paid for stamp duty and registration...right?
1% LBT is applicable in Pune registration jurisdiction. You have to pay 200 stamp duty and 200 registration fees for transfer to any of heirs as per the new amendments. ------------------------
