Now I want to know - any body cliams against my share ? 2 legal heirs are witness in the Will but its registered. another 1/2 portion of land, is my father applicable in that share ?
Your grandmother's will is valid if the property is purchesed by your grandfather with his own income. He was rightful person who given the property to your grandmother.
No body can claim in your half share. Remainning half share of property will divied in all legel representatives including your father.
