I am Hindu. My elder daughter executed an unregistered release deed in the year 1996 since she had chosen her life partner in other community and living separately. In release deed her husband and her father in law put witness signatures but it was not registered at subregistrar office. Now I am having self acquired property and I executed a registered will in 2006 as present living house should go to my son.I am having 1 son and 2 daughters. Another property between my brothers is in dispute and same is pending with high court. Is there any chance of my daughter to claim in the disputed property if I will succeed.? Advise

No person can claim anything against your desire. Other property matter is depend on the subject decision of High Court and aftermath developments which can not be discussed at this point of time.
