Is is possible to construct school on green belt land

Respected sir.. I have land in green belt faridabad haryana... I want to make a school on it .. is this possible according to law ?
The whole purpose of a green belt is to be able to maintain the green of the area and not allow any construction in the area that squarely falls within the green belt to facilitate existence of a greener environment. Thus if your land falls within the green belt area then you cannot construct over the area. But you must still check with the concerned Municipal and town planing authorities. if you get permission then you may be able to construct but it would still be advisable not to proceed because there have been several incidents in the past where the local authorities have wrongly permitted construction and after the matter reaches the Court orders for demolition have been made. So unless the nature of the property changes you must not construct.
