Hi
If your uncle has transferred the property in to your grand mother's name with out the consent of your father, then the transfer is illegal.
So need to know on what basis your grand mother had derived the title.
technically your father, your uncle and your grand mother are the legal heirs of the property belonging to your grand father and all of them will get equal shares of the property.
