Hindu religion. Is it necessary to get DCTP approval for the plot situated in non metro politan Corporation and Panchayat area.What is the procedure Whether we can register sale deed in other's name
DTCP is a body structured and meant for plots and other residential structures outside Chennai Limits and within Tamil Nadu. If you are buying a plot it is safer and advisable to buy a DTCP approved plots. This is because to get a approval from the DTCP the seller has to lay proper roads and have to give necessary access to other basic amenities. whereas to the contrary the unapproved plots are sold without following these steps and only by demarcating the boundaries. There are so many cases where people bought plots and after some year passed not able to find there own plots and ended in trouble. Hence, to avoid this kind of trouble you may buy a DTCP approved plots. And also normally banks will not fund loan for a unapproved plots.
