Hi My name is Amit. I own a house in Lucknow. Recently the road in front of my boundary wall has been constructed again and the inauguration stone of the road has been attached against (touching) my boundary wall. Is it legal?
It is legal to the extent you don't have any issues with that and if you do then take proper measurements and file a suit of easement rights over your own property and also, charge them with trespass.
