i have just bought a house in dwarka mor area on top floor, i have roof rights with it. is anyone authorised to use my roof for any reason, can i ask him/her to remove the airconditoning compressor from my roof?

No a terrace can commonly be used for putting up tanks and air-conditioned devices or compressor. You cannot construct or make any structural changes unless or otherwise permitted by the authorities. The terrace owner can allow the construction or can construct anything within permisible limits
