Injunction order for cultivation land

Hi am, my father has separated from us long ago but not divorced my mom. Now we are two childrens for my dad. We have our ancestors property around 1.5acre. my dad's brother alone farming in that property. Now we want our portion of property to do farming. But he is not letting us to do. So how can I stop him from farming in our property. And how injunction order works for that and also please let me know the cost for it.

Sir,
Here as you told there is no divorce but you have informed that all are separated from your father since from long time.Ti amounts to desertion. But you informed that there is inherited property. Then you will have the rights over the property.

Here you cant claim for injunction because your are not in a position of the property. But you can take injunction from selling the property till the rights over the property is clarified.

You can file a suit for partition and also claim the share on the property.
