In case of unfortunate event of whole family want to donate property

i have reviewed your query as below:

Respected Sir, My father has property worth 20 crores. We are a family of 4 and have very loving relationship. My father has not made any will. My question to you is - If we all 4 go for holiday trips as usual every year and if we all die, its very obvious that the property would go to my paternal relatives in the absence of will. If we die we want all the property to go to for good cause and not to reltaives. What to do?

in this case, you all need to write your separate wills, get them registered and inform about the same in writing to your legal heirs. for more detailed opinion, you may seek further advise.

the question is based on imagination having no connection with reality. however if your father is alive, he can prepare his will accordingly or can constitute a trust and nominate the trustees. in case such unfortunate incident trustees will take care of for the beneficiary ( object of the trust). If you are really serious, in such a way you won't have to bother.
