Improper partition, any legal recourse for equal distribution

My mother got land from her father at the time partition. Now, my grandfather and uncle stopping my mother to enter into the fields of allotted and register with mother name. Partitions also not properly, my grandfather has 2 sons and 4daughters but land is allocated to 3 daughters(10% each of total land), 2 sons (30% each of total land) and remaining to grandparents. It was done 15years before. My mother position till this year but they creating issue. a) Can we file a complaint with court to repartition complete land equal to all. b) Can we restick them to enter my mother's allotted land. Please help guide us, how to go ahead resolve this issue permanently.

Your query is not properly explain. First you said that the land is registered on your mother name. Then you said that partition is not proper. Then you said that land was allocated 30% each to sons and 10% each to three daughters and rest 10% to his parents.

Also explain me how did your Grand Father got the property, self acquired or ancestral. It is better you contact me through Lawrato, since property matters are very complicated.
