Illegal use of our wall neighbour put up bathroom what action to take

our neighbors built a their bathroom supporting our wall when we are out of station.

If the bath room is not in plan sanctioned by the municipal authorities, you have every right to issue notices to the municipal authorities and your neighbor for demolition of bath room which is illegal construction and in deviation from approved sanctioned plan.
Also if the wall belongs to you on both sides, neighbors cannot even build anything touching your wall.
Neighbors are more powerful than the owners when any of the owner undertakes any construction that is harmful/detrimental to neighbors interest.
