Illegal Usage of place outside shop what action can I take.

Dear Sir / Madam, I am from Pune, I own a shop which presently rented. But I front of shop there is space which is footpath. But there is a fisherman is sitting after a continuous asking him to shift as he pay some rent to neighbour's shop. But the neighbor is have some strong contact. So as my tenant are repeatedly complainting. Now is has given me a warning of living shop. This not the first tenant, earlier 3 tenant have leave. So what is legal procedures

Please file civil case in the civil court and take stay order against the powerful neighbour and the fisherman for causing nuisance to you and your customers.

Once you file the civil case then they will not be able to harass you in any manner or force you to leave the shop.

You can make police complaint for the threat given by the neighbour. Also give complaint to local municipality authority for illegal encroachment on the foot path. For more details revert back to me.
