Purchased Flat in 1996. New Developer wants to demolish. Got property transferred to his name illegally, with only a Deed of Assignment from previous Lessee of the Property. He has no standing with the Owners of the Plot and has got the property transferred to his name without their permission. Threatening owners of flats. Has adopted this method in various cases in the locality and ultimately settles for a couple of flats in the new construction.
You can gain and acquire all evidence available and file a case in the Consumer Court. It is advisable that you include all other affected people in your case also
