Illegal possession over government land. What legal can be taken?

kutch log govt. jagah per kabja kiye huye hai.jiski complaint SDM ko ki gayi,lekin sdm,Lekhpal ke dwara wrong naptol ki gayi hai.jis jagah par kabja hai use chhod diya jata hai,aur other palace ko govt. ki Bhumi bata di jati hai.
If the authorities are not taking any action then you can file public interest litigation before concern highcourt under wet constitution of India. You can also approach to collector to remove illegal possession of the party.
