Illegal occupation of personal land what to do

Nagar Panchayat has illegally occupied my personal land and built the complex. I am demanding compensation by filing a lawsuit in the court. In this perspective, I want to know how much of the time in the urban body area Can get compensation .. ??
your remedy is to file a writ petition under article 226 of constitution of india before high court for the relief of compensation against the local body..the compensation would be adjudicated and determined under the right to fair compensation transparency in land acquisition act 2013
