Illegal construction by neighbor on my land,, how to complaint ?

My mother has 1000 sq. ft land in Hadpasar Pune. We have neighbor who started construction and build on our land. Actual area of the property is 40/22.5 and on paper area is 41/24.4. In this case how should I approach a neighbor and how to handle this situation?

You can send a legal notice to your neighbour or else if he is constructing very fast you have to approach civil court and take a stay order from it. Complaining it to tbe police would not help you at all.

First of all meaure a plot by government suveyor in presence of neighbour. That give a clear idea whether neigher construct home on your land. Surveyor will tell if construction started on your land and still neighour continue construxtion take legal action against him with the help of measuresheet which u obtain by suveyor.
