If father disowned brother from property before death, can he reclaim

father died 2 yrs back. mother & younger bother are here. but brother is in bad society he usually drinks on daily & fight wid mother. my father has already be dakhal my bother from his property during his lifetime. now brother want his portion what we will do... pls suggest us.

Such disowning will only be effective in case the property is self acquired by your father along with the condition that your father has already made a will regarding the same. Otherwise the said disowning will not be valid and your brother can claim his share in the said property by a way of filing a partition suit in the jurisdictional civil court.
