I was declared dead by my wife and my son and they sold my property

I was declared dead by my wife and and my son when i was away from home and thereafter they sold the property. As per mutation records my name is also written as Late. Please advice what remedy is available with me to cancel all the sale deeds and also get my name corrected in mutation records. The property from inheritance point of view will be of my brother and mine. My brother is also somehow involved in the conspiracy with my wife and son. Please advice what remedy is available.
