I want to register father's house on my name, legal heir isn't ready.

My father was deceased last year i got legal heir certificate with the name if me my sister mom and also my grandfather. They said your grandfather is also one of the legal heir .but now i am going to register my father's house on my name the register says your grandfather is also one legal heir so he would come and sign for the registration but he wouldn't come for the registration what should i do
has the court issued you the succession certificate?? if yes then their should not be any problem regarding your grandfather. as the court only issues legal heir certificate after proper clarifications and procedures. Secondly if your grandfather has no problem he can relinquish his rights to one of you.
