I want to know how to cancel a gift deed, for a property

I want to know how to cancel a gift deed, for a property where I am a legal heir....
If the said gift deed was registered then, the said deed can only be cancelled by court if the said transfer of property by a way of gift deed was done under undue influence, coercion, misrepresentation or fraud etc. Otherwise the said deed can not be cancelled without the consent of both the parties.
