I need help regardng property rights and related legal advice

if house is on my motherinlaws and husband's name..do i have any rights to live...or can i add my name in that agreement.

Wife can not get share in his husband property until husband died.
Wife only can ask a maintenance form his husband during he alive.
After death of husband wife can get full share form his husband property if they have no issued.

hello,
you can not add up your name in the property, but you can enjoy the right to live there as it is on your husband's name as well.
spouse have the right to live with other partner. you can not claim property rights as such.
