I made the payment but owner in not giving possession, please advise.

I HAVE PURCHASED PLOT IN MORABADI RANCHI FROM A MUSLIM OWNER THROUGH A POWER OF ATTORNEY HOLDER. BUT DURING POSSESSION MUSLIM OWNER AND THEIR PEOPLE DID NOT ALLOW ME TO DO ANY ACTIVITY IN MY PLOT AND THREATEN TO PHYSICAL ASSAULT. PLOT IS REGISTERED ON MY NAME AND I HAVE DONE MUTATION AND PAID LAND TAX I.E MALGUJARI. PLS ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO.

I would like to advice you that if landowner is not delivering possession then you have two options first, to file a execution case for delivery of possession and second to file criminal case against the the land owner for illegally occupied your land and doesn't delivery the possession. Since the property is in your name and the taxes are also being paid by you meaning there by you have a right title and intrest over the property but difficulty is that you dont have possession on the property which you intend to take so the legal process which i can suggest is file a suit against the false claiment and get the possession of the property through the process of court
